During an Anime Expo panel, Warner Bros. Japan unveiled a trailer for the “Blade & Bastard” anime, which confirmed the primary voice cast members:
- Iarumas: Voiced by Makoto Furukawa
- Garbage: Voiced by Tomori Kusunoki
- Raraja: Voiced by Daiki Yamashita
- Ainikki: Voiced by Saori Hayami
- Berkanan: Voiced by Shion Wakayama
About “Blade & Bastard”
The “Blade & Bastard: Warm ash, Dusky dungeon” light novel series, from the author of Goblin Slayer and the illustrator of Overlord, began serialization in December 2022. J-Novel Club publishes the novel in English. The story follows Iarumas, an amnesiac adventurer who retrieves the bodies of fallen adventurers from a dungeon. His solitary life changes when he encounters Garbage, a resilient swordswoman who is the sole survivor of a massacred party. Together, they venture deeper into the dungeon, seeking clues to Iarumas’s past while navigating its dangers.
