- Miharu Hanai will portray Meroron. Hanai’s previous work includes voicing Kokoa in “Acro Trip.”

Storyline Overview
“You and Idol Precure♪” unfolds in the vibrant town of Hanamichi, centering around Uta Sakura, a second-year middle school student with a passion for singing. One day, while walking her dog Kyū-chan, Uta discovers a giant peach-like object floating down the river. From this object emerges Purirun, a fairy who has come seeking the legendary Idol Precure.
Purirun reveals that her home, Kira-Kira Land, is under threat from the Chokkiri gang, led by the villainous Darkiine. As the “sparkle” of Hanamichi Town’s residents is stolen by the Chokkiri gang, Uta proclaims her desire to “sparkle with my song!” and transforms into Cure Idol.
