The upcoming TV anime series Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube, based on the classic manga by Sho Makura and Takeshi Okano, has revealed its main theme songs in a new trailer! New Trailer Showcases Opening and Ending Themes

On June 7, 2025, a brand-new trailer for Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube was released, giving fans a sneak peek at the series’ opening and ending themes. The opening theme, “P0WER-AkuryoTaisan-,” is performed by the visual kei band -SKS- ZIGZAG. The ending theme, “Sunflower,” is performed by the rock band Chilli Beans.

The trailer features scenes of yokai (supernatural creatures) attacking students and Meisuke “Nube” Nueno, the main character, battling his archenemy, Tamamo. The music complements the action and supernatural elements of the series, adding to the excitement.

Anime Expo 2025 Panel

REMOW will host a panel at Anime Expo on July 5, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 11:50 AM PDT in Room 403AB. The panel, titled “Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube U.S. Premiere presented by REMOW,” will include the U.S. premiere screening of the new anime. In addition to the anime, a new manga series titled Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube PLUS launched on MANGA Plus on June 11, 2025. The series explores previously untold episodes from the original story, focusing on Class 5-3 of Domori Elementary School, featuring characters such as Hiroshi Tateno and Kyoko Inaba.

About Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube

Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube is a manga series written by Sho Makura and illustrated by Takeshi Okano. It was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump from August 1993 to May 1999, with its chapters collected in 31 tankobon volumes.

Plot

The story revolves around Meisuke Nueno, also known as Nube, a teacher at Domori Elementary School. Nube is kind and well-liked by his students but has a major secret: his left hand is possessed by a demon, giving him the power to exorcise evil spirits and protect his students from supernatural threats. Nube uses his abilities to battle ghosts, demons, and other creatures that plague the town, all while trying to live a normal life as a teacher.
