The song is written and composed by Kenichi Maeyamada, also known as Hyadain. Toi-san wa Seishun Shitai! “Baka to SmaPho to Romance to” centers around Akane Toi, a high school girl known by her classmates as “Toi-san.” All she wants is an ordinary high school experience. However, her first day takes an unexpected turn when she meets the handsome Jel. Toi-san anticipates a blossoming romance, but instead, she finds herself surrounded by a group of wacky and eccentric classmates, turning every day into a series of comedic skits and stand-up routines.
