Remow, a global Japanese entertainment content distributor, has officially launched “It’s Anime,” a new 24/7 free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel, on Samsung TV Plus in the United States and Canada. The launch, announced on July 2, 2025, marks a significant step in Remow’s mission to make premium, culturally authentic Japanese anime accessible to a global audience without the need for a subscription.

The “It’s Anime” channel aims to cater to the growing demand for anime in North America, providing a diverse mix of current hits and classic series directly from Japan. Akira Ishii, CEO of Remow, emphasized that the channel was developed to meet the expectations of today’s passionate and engaged anime fans who desire timely access to the latest series without barriers. “It’s Anime” promises a compelling selection of titles, with several first-run anime shows available at launch and more slated for release in the coming months. Initial offerings include popular series such as Your Forma, My Deer Friend Nokotan, Reborn!, and Umamusume: Cinderella Gray. Upcoming titles expected to join the lineup include Tougen Anki, Haigakura, Gag Manga Biyori Go, Tonbo!, Tasokare Hotel, and the beloved sports anime Kuroko’s Basketball. Remow’s Expanding FAST Presence
Remow, founded by Japanese publisher Shueisha, has been actively expanding its global digital distribution network for Japanese animation and entertainment. The launch of “It’s Anime” on Samsung TV Plus builds upon Remow’s successful venture into the FAST market. The Tokyo-based company previously launched its “24/7 Samurai-Shinobi” FAST channel, which features action-packed samurai and ninja content, and is available on Prime Video in the US and other platforms across 140 countries. Remow has already established a dedicated anime FAST channel in 18 Latin American countries and has seen significant traction on YouTube, with nearly 100 million views in under a year. The company’s expansion strategy includes rolling out “It’s Anime” to additional platforms and territories throughout 2025 and 2026.
