Crunchyroll has officially unveiled the English dub cast for the second season of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince So I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability, alongside its premiere date of Wednesday, July 23. The announcement confirms the return of key voice actors from the first season.

The English dub for the highly anticipated second season will feature a mix of returning talent and new additions to bring the characters to life for Western audiences. Meg McClain will reprise her role as Lloyd, with Sara Ragsdale returning as Grim, and Nia Celeste as Ren. Reagan Murdock will voice Jihriel, Tyson Rinehart as Galilea, Charles Nguyen as Babylon, Brianna Roberts as Talia, and Whitney Rodgers as Escher.

Behind the scenes, the English dub will be directed by Lee George. Zach Bolton is credited as the producer, while Clayton Browning is handling the script adaptation. Gino Palencia will serve as the mixer, and Derric Benavides as the engineer, ensuring the audio quality for the dubbed release.

The second season of I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince initially premiered in Japan on TV Tokyo on July 9 at 12:00 a.m. JST (effectively, July 10), before broadcasting on other networks. The anime’s first season, which premiered in April 2024, also streamed on Crunchyroll as it aired in Japan.
The series is based on Kenkyo na Circle’s light novel series, Tensei Shitara Dainana Ōji Datta no de, Kimamani Majutsu o Kiwamemasu. The anime adaptation is directed by Jin Tamamura at Tsumugi Akita Anime Lab. R.O.N (STEREO DIVE FOUNDATION) is responsible for composing the music, and Naoki Tozuka handles the script, series composition, and art management. Yuuichi Abe is the action director. The opening theme song for the second season, “CALLING†,” is performed by Kaede Higuchi.

The light novel series first began publication online in October 2019 via the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. Kodansha later acquired and published the series. A manga adaptation, illustrated by Yōsuke Kokuzawa, has been serialized in Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket app since June 2020. The story follows Prince Lloyd, who, after remembering his past life as a sorcerer, decides to dedicate his new life as a prince to perfecting his magical abilities.
