A Glimpse into the Story
Private Tutor to the Duke’s Daughter, or Kōjo Denka no Kateikyōshi, follows the journey of Allen, a promising young sorcerer. After failing his final exam for a dream job at the royal court, Allen finds himself in need of employment. His only option leads him to become a private tutor for Tina Howard, the daughter of Duke Howard, one of the kingdom’s most influential nobles.
Despite her academic brilliance, Tina possesses a unique challenge: she is unable to cast a single spell. With the prestigious Royal Academy’s entrance exams rapidly approaching, and magical aptitude being a mandatory requirement, Allen faces the daunting task of helping Tina overcome her magical impairment—a mystery that has baffled even the kingdom’s finest sorcerers. The narrative explores whether Allen’s unconventional teaching methods can unlock Tina’s magical potential and if her father, the Duke, truly desires her success in magic.
