Actor Channing Tatum has officially joined the English dub cast for the highly anticipated first film in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle cinematic trilogy, which is set to release in North America on September 12, 2025. Tatum will lend his voice to the character Keizo, while Rebecca Wang will voice Koyuki.

A Hollywood Star Enters the Demon Slayer Universe

Channing Tatum, known for his roles in films such as 22 Jump Street and Roofman, will voice the character Keizo in the English dub of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle – Part 1: Akaza Returns. His casting was announced by Crunchyroll, which, along with Sony Pictures Entertainment, is distributing the film. Mitchel Berger, executive VP of global commerce, expressed excitement about Tatum’s involvement, noting that the actor “discovered his love of ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ and anime through watching the series with his daughter.” Accompanying Tatum is Rebecca Wang, who will voice the character Koyuki.

Returning Fan-Favorite Voice Cast

The English dub of the Infinity Castle film will feature a roster of beloved voice actors reprising their roles from the popular anime series. Fans can expect to hear Zach Aguilar return as protagonist Tanjiro Kamado, Abby Trott as Nezuko Kamado, and Aleks Le as Zenitsu Agatsuma. Other key returning cast members include Bryce Papenbrook as Inosuke Hashibira, Johnny Yong Bosch as Giyu Tomioka, and Erika Harlacher as Shinobu Kocho.

The Infinity Castle Saga Begins

This new film marks the beginning of a three-part cinematic trilogy that will represent the final arc and culmination of the acclaimed Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime series. The movie follows the Demon Slayer Corps as they engage in intense Hashira Training to prepare for the ultimate confrontation with the demons. However, the narrative takes a dramatic turn when Muzan Kibutsuji appears at the Ubuyashiki Mansion, plunging Tanjiro and the Hashira into a mysterious space known as the Infinity Castle—the demons’ stronghold. Here, the final battle between the Demon Slayer Corps and the demons ignites.

Global Release and Distribution Details

The first Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle movie initially premiered in Japanese theaters on July 18, 2025, where it achieved significant box office success. Following its successful Japanese run, Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment are set to bring the film to audiences worldwide. The movie will open in the United States and Canada on September 12, 2025, including screenings in IMAX and other premium large formats. It will be available in both Japanese with English subtitles and a full English dub. International release dates for the film also vary, with releases planned throughout August and September across Asia, Europe, and other regions.
