Background of Urawa no Usagi-chan and Musasino!
The original Urawa no Usagi-chan series, known for its five-minute episodes, followed the daily campus lives of eight high school girls residing in Urawa-ku in Saitama prefecture. Crunchyroll previously streamed the first season when it aired in April 2015.
The second season, Musasino!, faced an initial indefinite delay after being slated for a summer 2017 premiere, eventually launching in July 2022. Mitsuyuki Ishibashi returned to direct the series at A-Real, with animation assistance from HANGAR-18. Hiroyasu Kubota and harappa were responsible for the series composition, screenplay, and planning, with Kazuhiro Kuwano providing screenplay assistance. NOB-C handled the original character designs, while Akihiko Oka was the animation character designer and director. Kuniyuki Morohashi composed the music for the series.
