The “Cinema Saturdays” Campaign Continues
This latest wave of free streams continues TMS Entertainment’s initiative to offer Detective Conan theatrical films to North American fans on YouTube. The “Cinema Saturdays” campaign began in July, celebrating the series’ upcoming 30th anniversary in January 2026. Films are typically available for seven days after their initial premiere.
The “Anime! on TMS” YouTube channel has already streamed several other Detective Conan movies throughout July and August as part of this campaign, including Detective Conan: The Darkest Nightmare, Detective Conan: Zero the Enforcer, Detective Conan: Countdown to Heaven, Detective Conan: The Raven Chaser, Detective Conan: Sunflowers of Inferno, Detective Conan: Dimensional Sniper, and Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet.
About Detective Conan: The Eleventh Striker
Released in Japan in 2012, Detective Conan: The Eleventh Striker is the 16th film in the popular mystery franchise. The plot centers around Conan dealing with a serial bomber during a soccer match.
Broader Detective Conan Streaming Efforts
Beyond the YouTube film campaign, TMS Entertainment has also been expanding the availability of the Detective Conan (also known as Case Closed) anime series. A specially curated selection of episodes began streaming on Crunchyroll and Netflix in July, featuring a new English dub and including episodes previously unavailable in the U.S. A second batch of these curated episodes was added to Crunchyroll and Netflix on August 21. This broader initiative aims to introduce new viewers to the long-running series and celebrate its enduring legacy.
