The upcoming season promises to delve into the intense war between the Qin and Zhao kingdoms, with protagonist Xin taking up Wang Yi’s legendary spear.

Kingdom Season 6 is officially slated to premiere on October 4, 2025. Animation studios Pierrot and Studio Signpost are once again at the helm, continuing their work on the series. Kenichi Imaizumi returns as director, with Noboru Takagi handling series composition, Hisashi Abe designing characters, and music by Hiroyuki Sawano and KOHTA YAMAMOTO.
The Kingdom manga, created by Yasuhisa Hara, began serialization in 2006 in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine. VIZ Media is set to begin releasing an English language version of the manga in November 2025. Crunchyroll currently streams the first five seasons of the anime.
