The Story So Far: From Villainess to Savior
The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior is based on the popular light novel series written by Tenichi and illustrated by Suzunosuke. The story follows Pride Royal Ivy, an eight-year-old girl who suddenly realizes she has been reincarnated into an otome game as its future wicked queen and final boss. Endowed with formidable powers and her royal status as crown princess, Pride is initially destined to bring ruin upon her kingdom. However, armed with her knowledge of the game’s plot, she resolves to defy her villainous fate, choosing instead to protect the male love interests and save everyone she can. Her determination leads her on a path to change the tragic future, using her abilities for good and striving to earn the adoration of her kingdom rather than its despair.
The first season of the anime was streamed by HIDIVE in the United States as it aired in Japan, and it is expected that the second season will also be available on streaming platforms.
