Yen Press has made a significant splash with a series of announcements, revealing 14 new manga, graphic novel, and novel licenses, alongside the exciting news of an English localization for “Monster Eater: Delicious in Dungeon the Board Game.” These new acquisitions are set to enrich the publisher’s diverse catalog, with releases scheduled throughout April and May 2026 for the literary titles and May 2026 for the board game.
Expanding the Literary Landscape: 14 New Titles Revealed
The newly licensed titles, encompassing ten manga, one graphic novel series, and three novels, cover a broad spectrum of genres, promising something for every reader. Yen Press officially announced these additions at their New York Comic Con panel.
Among the notable manga acquisitions is Scarlet Beriko’s Redeem: Only One Forever, with art by NEXT LEVEL Studio. This series follows Chiaki, who, after witnessing his boyfriend Kuon’s tragic death, is flung ten years into the past. Now in a child’s body, he endeavors to reconnect with a younger, colder Kuon, determined to change their shared fate.
Other manga titles joining the Yen Press lineup for April and May 2026 include:
- So-Ma-To’s Kuro
- Shima Shinya’s Void: No. Nine
- The graphic novel series Four in Love.
On the novel front, Shinano Sano’s Shanti is among the three new light novel licenses.

“Delicious in Dungeon” Enters the Board Game Realm
Fans of Ryoko Kui’s popular fantasy-cooking manga, Delicious in Dungeon (also known as Dungeon Meshi), have an additional reason to celebrate. Yen Press is bringing Monster Eater: Delicious in Dungeon the Board Game to English-speaking audiences in May 2026. This collaborative game, which supports 2-5 players, is inspired by the 1998 Monster Maker board game and combines the beloved manga’s world with the design expertise of Ginichiro Suzuki. Players will delve into dungeons, seeking treasure and glory, with the unique twist of also consuming the dungeon’s monstrous inhabitants, a core theme of the original manga.
Yen Press first licensed the Delicious in Dungeon manga for English release in October 2016, with the first volume debuting in May 2017. The series quickly gained a dedicated following for its unique blend of fantasy adventure and gourmet cooking.
Yen Press and Tapas Partnership
In related news, Yen Press also announced a partnership with Tapas Entertainment, Inc., to bring popular Yen On light novel series to the digital publishing platform. Starting October 2025, titles like The Eminence in Shadow, Overlord, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, The Summer Hikaru Died, and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime will be available on Tapas. This collaboration aims to provide a modern web novel reading experience, with new episodes rolling out daily and options for immediate paid access or delayed free access.
