The upcoming TV anime adaptation of Misaki’s A Gentle Noble’s Vacation Recommendation (Odayaka Kizoku no Kyūka no Susume) light novel series has revealed additional voice cast members, further expanding its ensemble as it gears up for a January 2026 premiere. The new announcements build upon previous cast reveals, bringing more fan-favorite voices to the otherworldly adventure.
New Voices Join the Otherworldly Cast
The latest additions to the voice cast, announced on November 25, 2025, introduce three new characters and their respective voice actors. These talented individuals will lend their voices to key figures in Lizel’s journey through a new fantasy world.

These newly announced cast members will join those previously revealed on October 3, 2025:
- Tetsuya Kakihara as Eleven
- Jun Fukuyama as Stud
- Daiki Yamashita as Judge
The previously confirmed main cast includes Soma Saito as the protagonist Lizel and Yuichiro Umehara as Gil, his seasoned adventurer guide and protector.
The Gentle Noble’s Journey: A Synopsis
A Gentle Noble’s Vacation Recommendation follows Lizel, a noble who mysteriously finds himself transported to a world eerily similar to his own, yet distinctly different. Rather than panicking, the laid-back Lizel embraces this unexpected displacement as an opportunity for an “otherworldly vacation.” To navigate this strange new land and learn about its customs and dangers, he hires a skilled adventurer named Gil as his personal guide and protector. Their adventures form the core of the story as Lizel explores a new way of life as part of a guild, all while anticipating his eventual return home.
The original light novel series, written by Misaki and illustrated by Sando, first began serialization online in January 2014 before being acquired by TO Books. A manga adaptation by Momochi, with composition by 8KEY, has also been serialized since December 2018, and Tokyopop publishes the English version of the manga.
Production Details and Release
The anime series is being produced by SynergySP, with animation assistance from Ascension. Kenta Noda is at the helm as director, with Yosuke Suzuki handling the series composition. Character designs are provided by Akito Fujiwara, and the musical score is composed by Kosuke Yamashita.
A Gentle Noble’s Vacation Recommendation is slated to premiere in January 2026 and will be available for streaming on Crunchyroll.
