The official announcement details Maaya Uchida as Cecilia Adelweiss, Natsuki Hanae as Enrique Adelweiss, and Jun Fukuyama as Dominic Harmsworth. Their involvement further enhances the anticipation for the anime, which already features a prominent cast including Kana Ichinose as Constance Grail and Sayumi Suzushiro as Scarlett Castiel.

The newly revealed cast members are well-known for their extensive work across numerous popular anime titles.

The Holy Grail of Eris: Story and Production

Plot Overview

The story centers on Constance “Connie” Grail, a sincere but unremarkable noblewoman who finds her life upended when she’s framed for a crime and loses her fiancé. In a twist of fate, she is possessed by the ghost of the infamous villainess Scarlett Castiel, who was executed a decade prior for allegedly attempting to poison Princess Cecilia. With Scarlett’s charisma and intellect, they work together to clear Connie’s name and, in return, Connie commits to uncovering the truth behind Scarlet’s unjust death and a far-reaching conspiracy. Yen Press publishes both the light novel and manga in English.

Production Details

The anime is being produced by Ashi Productions, with Morita to Junpei directing the series. Kenichi Yamashita is handling the series composition and script, while Chie Kawaguchi is responsible for character designs. Good Smile Film and DRE Pictures are handling general production.

The opening theme song, “Happy Ever After feat. YU-KA,” is performed by Reina Washio, and the ending theme song, “Camellia,” is performed by Yukari Tamura.
