Writer Arata Miyatsuki and artist Akeji Fujimura have officially launched their new manga series, “Minna 〇njae” (Everybody D*e), in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ web manga service. The three-part first chapter of the series became available on December 26.
Delving into “Minna 〇njae”
The newly launched manga centers on a fifth-grader named Masaru, who faces a multitude of challenges in his daily life. Masaru experiences bullying at school, harassment online, and abuse from his own mother. His difficult circumstances take an unexpected turn with the appearance of a mysterious yet “cute” character.
The Creative Duo Behind the Manga
Arata Miyatsuki is known for his compelling storytelling, having worked on various manga titles. His previous works include “Funōhan” (Impossibility Defense) with Yūya Kanzaki, which inspired a live-action film and mini-series, and “Bokura no Natsu ga Saketeiku” (Summer’s gonna tear us apart) with Kentarō Satō. Miyatsuki also worked on “Castration: Rebirth” (Kyosei Tensei) with Ochau.
Akeji Fujimura, the artist for “Minna 〇njae,” is recognized for his distinctive art style. The collaboration between Miyatsuki’s narrative prowess and Fujimura’s artistic vision aims to bring a unique and impactful story to readers.
Serialization on Shonen Jump+
“Minna 〇njae” is being serialized on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ platform.
