The highly anticipated third season of the “Arknights” TV anime, titled “Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER,” has officially revealed its opening sequence video. The creditless opening provides fans with an early look at the animation set to the theme song “End of Days” performed by ReoNa.
The “Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER” anime is scheduled to premiere on July 4, 2025, continuing the adaptation of the popular tower defense mobile game by Hypergryph. Yostar Pictures is once again handling the animation production, with Yuki Watanabe directing and Masaki Nishikawa serving as assistant director. Aya Takafuji is responsible for the animation character designs, and Yuki Hayashi is composing the music for the series.
This new season will adapt the latter half of the Main Theme’s Act I: Shatter of a Vision story arc, specifically episodes 07 and 08 of the game’s narrative. The previous two seasons of the “Arknights” anime, “PRELUDE TO DAWN” and “PERISH IN FROST,” are currently available for streaming on Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll will also stream “Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER” starting July 4.
The anime features a returning cast, with notable voice actors including Yuki Kaida as Doctor, Tomoyo Kurosawa as Amiya, Maaya Sakamoto as Talulah, and Shizuka Ishigami as Ch’en, among others. The ending theme song for the series is “Truth,” performed by Hana Itoki.
