The highly anticipated “Arknights: Rise from Ember” TV anime, the third season based on Hypergryph’s popular mobile game, unveiled its opening sequence video on Friday, June 27, 2025. The revealed opening features the theme song “End of Days” performed by ReoNa.
The anime is set to premiere on July 4, 2025, airing on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, and Sun TV, with later broadcasts on BS11 and Animax. Crunchyroll will also stream the series starting July 4.
“Arknights: Rise from Ember” continues the anime adaptation of the strategic RPG mobile game set in the dystopian world of Terra, where a deadly disease called Oripathy plagues its inhabitants. The story follows Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company that offers assistance to the infected and often engages in paramilitary actions against the Reunion Movement, a terrorist organization.
Yostar Pictures is the animation studio behind the series, with Yuki Watanabe directing. Masaki Nishikawa and Shintaro Doge serve as assistant directors, while Aya Takafuji is responsible for animation character design. Yuki Hayashi is overseeing the music. The ending theme song for the series, “Truth,” is performed by Hana Itoki.
