The highly anticipated opening sequence video for “Arknights: Rise from Ember,” the third television anime season based on Hypergryph’s popular mobile game, has been officially revealed. The creditless opening provides a first look at the animation accompanied by its theme song. This revelation comes ahead of the anime’s premiere on July 4, 2025.
The opening theme song for “Arknights: Rise from Ember” is titled “End of Days” and is performed by ReoNa, an artist known for her emotive and impactful anime music. Complementing the opening, the ending theme song, “Truth,” is performed by Hana Itoki.
The “Arknights: Rise from Ember” anime is directed by Yuki Watanabe at Yostar Pictures, the same animation studio responsible for previous seasons. Masaki Nishikawa and Shintaro Doge serve as assistant directors, with Aya Takafuji handling the animation character design and Yuki Hayashi composing the music.
This third season will continue the narrative from where “Arknights: Perish in Frost” concluded, adapting the second half of the Main Theme’s Act I: Shatter of a Vision story arc, specifically episodes 07 and 08 of the game’s story. Fans can expect to stream “Arknights: Rise from Ember” on Crunchyroll starting July 4, 2025, with broadcasts also scheduled for Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, BS11, and Animax in Japan.
