What is “Bad Girl” About?
“Bad Girl” is a school comedy based on the four-panel manga series by Nikumaru. The story follows Yuu Yutani, a diligent and good-natured first-year high school student who attends Fujigasaki Private High School. Despite her perfect attendance and excellent grades, Yuu becomes infatuated with Atori Mizutori, the esteemed head of the school’s disciplinary committee.
In a comical attempt to attract Atori’s attention and affection, Yuu decides to abandon her “good girl” persona and transform into a “bad girl.” The series humorously depicts Yuu’s often-flawed and silly antics as she tries to embody delinquency, leading to a variety of misunderstandings and heartwarming interactions with her classmates, including the eccentric members of the “Atori-sama Daisuki Club” (ADC), or “We Love Lady Atori Club.”
