The series, produced by Studio MAPPA, continues the charming story of Mukoda Tsuyoshi, an ordinary salaryman transported to a fantasy world.
Mukoda’s unique skill, “Online Grocery,” allows him to procure modern-day Japanese food and ingredients, which he uses to cook delicious meals that have unexpected and powerful effects in his new magical surroundings. Season 2 sees Mukoda, along with his formidable familiars Fel and Sui, continuing their adventures and welcoming a new companion, Dra-chan. Their journey in the second season includes exploring challenging locations like the Doran Dungeon, where Mukoda’s cooking skill proves invaluable for increasing stats and overcoming obstacles.
The announcement for a second season was initially made in October 2023, building anticipation for its 2025 premiere. The voice cast includes Yuma Uchida as Tsuyoshi Mukouda and Satoshi Hino as Fel.
