Chie Shinkyū’s manga series, Mikako 72-sai (72-Year-Old Mikako), has officially ended. Coamix published the final chapter on June 27, 2025, on their Comic Zenon website.
The Story of Mikako 72-sai
The slice-of-life comedy manga centers on Mikako, a 72-year-old woman who, after losing her husband, receives a smartphone from her family. She accidentally logs into her late husband’s account, leading to a series of unexpected events and discoveries as she navigates the digital world. The manga, which debuted in November 2020, has been described by Comikey, which publishes the series digitally in English, as following a “thirsty girl” in need of a “drink”.

Mikako 72-sai was serialized in Coamix’s Web Comic Zenyon. The series is now complete with three compiled volumes.
