New Crunchyroll Titles for October 2025
Four of the newly announced series are scheduled to begin streaming on Crunchyroll in October 2025, with worldwide availability excluding Asia for most.
Pass the Monster Meat, Milady!
Based on the light novel series by Kanata Hoshi, Pass the Monster Meat, Milady! introduces Lady Melphiera, who possesses an unusual affinity for monster cuisine. Despite societal disapproval branding her as the “Voracious Villainess,” her peculiar tastes lead her to an encounter with the enigmatic “Blood-Mad Duke,” who might just appreciate her monstrous appetite. The anime adaptation is produced by Asahi Production and directed by Mutsumi Takeda, with Keiichirō Ōchi handling series composition. The series was originally set for April 2025 but was delayed and is now slated for an October 2025 premiere on TBS and BS11 in Japan, with Crunchyroll streaming it globally.
SI-VIS: The Sound of Heroes
This original project comes from Fumiaki Maruto, known for Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend. SI-VIS: The Sound of Heroes centers on a co-ed music group led by YOSUKE, whose electrifying live performances are more than just concerts. They secretly harness audience energy to power their battles against hidden global threats, keeping their heroic identities concealed behind their musical facade.
The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest
This fantasy series, adapted from Alto’s novels, follows Alec Ygret, a loyal court magician who is exiled for specializing solely in support magic. After hitting rock bottom, Alec reunites with his former comrade Yorha Eisentz from the legendary party “Lasting Period.” Together, they aim to return to dungeon exploration, proving that support magic can indeed be the strongest. The animation studio for this series is Gekkou, with Ken Takahashi directing and Kazuyuki Fudeyasu writing the scripts.
A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai
Produced by Tatsunoko Production and SynergySP, this isekai anime transports a salaryman named Takeru into the world of Madeus. There, he gains unique gathering skills, embarking on a new life filled with adventure. Yoshinori Odaka directs the series, with Gigaemon Ichikawa overseeing the series composition.
Upcoming Title for 2026
One additional title was announced for a later release, further expanding Crunchyroll’s future offerings.
There was a Cute Girl in the Hero’s Party, so I Tried Confessing to Her
Slated for a 2026 release, this adaptation follows Yoki, a reincarnated demon. In a twist of fate, Yoki falls in love with the hero’s priestess, leading to a comedic fantasy romance. The series is being adapted by animation studio Gekkou, with Yasutaka Yamamoto as Chief Director and Yukie Sugawara (known for Overlord seasons 1-4) handling the series composition and script. This title will stream worldwide excluding Asia, but including India and the Indian Subcontinent.
