The final season of the popular anime series Dr. Stone, titled Dr. Stone: Science Future, has added a new voice to its cast. Minami Hinata, known for her role as Bojji in Ranking of Kings, will be voicing the character Charlotte. This announcement coincided with the premiere of episode 11 of the current season.

Minami Hinata’s role as Charlotte was revealed alongside the premiere of episode 11 of Dr. Stone: Science Future. Charlotte is a subordinate of Stanley Snyder, a key antagonist in the series. Hinata’s addition to the cast brings her talent to the science-adventure anime as it progresses through its final season.
Who is Minami Hinata?
Minami Hinata is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with Axl One. She was born on January 24th in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. Hinata is known for her roles in several anime series, including:

- Subaru Nanyo in Pole Princess!! Movie

Dr. Stone: Science Future Overview
Dr. Stone: Science Future is the fourth and final season of the anime adaptation of the manga series written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi. The series is directed by Shuhei Matsushita at studio TMS Entertainment, with Kurasumi Sunayama handling series composition, Yuko Iwasa designing the characters, and Tatsuya Kato, Hiroaki Tsutsumi, and Yukihiro Kanesaka composing the music.
Premise
The anime is set thousands of years after a mysterious phenomenon turned all of humanity into stone. Senku Ishigami, a genius with a love for science, awakens in this “Stone World” and sets out to rebuild civilization using his scientific knowledge.
Story
Facing a world of stone and the total collapse of civilization, Senku is determined to use science to rebuild the world. Starting with his strong childhood friend Taiju Oki, they begin to re-establish civilization from scratch. Depicting two million years of scientific history from the Stone Age to the present day, the crafting adventure story begins. In this final season, Senku and his crew journey to North America to gather resources for his ambitious space program.
Release
Dr. Stone: Science Future premiered on January 9, 2025, on Tokyo MX and other Japanese channels. The season is divided into three cours (quarters of the year) with breaks in between. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS, including same-day English dubs. The first cour is expected to run for 12 episodes.

The opening theme song for the first cour is “CASANOVA POSSE” by ALI, while the ending theme song is “Rolling Stone” by BREIMEN.
