The official website for the second season of Grand Blue Dreaming revealed that the Japanese reggae group Shōnan no Kaze will return to create and perform the opening theme song. Shōnan no Kaze also created the “Grand Blue” opening song specifically for the first season, making their return a welcome addition to the new season.

Story Overview
Grand Blue Dreaming follows Iori Kitahara as he begins his college life on the Izu Peninsula, staying at his uncle’s diving shop, “Grand Blue.” While he anticipates a glamorous college experience filled with beautiful girls, he is quickly drawn into the Diving Club, a group of rowdy men who prioritize drinking and partying over diving. The new season begins with Iori returning to Izu after completing his diving license training in Okinawa, where he receives a letter from his younger sister Shiori.
