A Glimpse into the Hoppe-chan World and January 2026 Premiere
The “Hoppe-chan” anime is set to follow two interconnected storylines. One narrative unfolds in the “Sun Kingdom,” a charming world where an amnesiac Hoppe-chan strives to protect the kingdom from “uncute” slimes. Simultaneously, the series will explore the life of Hoho, an office worker navigating her own challenges. The anime adaptation of the “Hoppe-chan” mascot franchise, originally created by SUNHOSEKI in 2010, is directed by Nabeshige at Toon Harbor Works. Yoko Yonaiyama is handling the series composition, with Takahiro Nagano and Saji Komori collaborating on scriptwriting. Gurin. and 1ssaKawaguchi are credited with character designs. The series is scheduled to debut in January 2026.
