The Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution Compilation Film compiles the intense Shibuya Incident Arc from Season 2 and includes an exclusive preview of the first two episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3: The Culling Game Part 1. This theatrical release is designed to immerse viewers back into the catastrophic events of Shibuya while setting the stage for the deadly Culling Game.
The Looming Confrontation: Yūta vs. Yūji
A key element teased in the film’s promotional material, including recent clips, is the impending clash between Yūta Okkotsu and Yūji Itadori. Yūta, the protagonist of the prequel film Jujutsu Kaisen 0, has been assigned by the jujutsu world’s higher-ups to execute Yūji for perceived crimes following the Shibuya Incident. The preview specifically features a direct face-off between the two, indicating a no-holds-barred battle. This desperate confrontation between Satoru Gojō’s two beloved students is a highly anticipated moment for fans.

Release Dates and International Screenings
The Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution Compilation Film has already begun its theatrical run in Japan, premiering on November 7, 2025, with screenings available in both regular and IMAX formats.
For North American audiences, GKIDS will release the film nationwide starting December 5, 2025. Fans in North America will also have the opportunity for early access through special one-day-only IMAX screenings on December 3rd. Both original Japanese audio with English subtitles and an English-dubbed version will be available.
International viewers in various regions will also get to experience the film throughout November and December. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures are coordinating releases, with screenings in the UK and Ireland starting November 14, followed by other dates across EMEA, Latin America, and APAC regions.
