The story follows Luna Ishikawa, a popular high school student who maintains a cool and mysterious facade, but secretly struggles with her vampiric duties, particularly her inability to properly suck blood. Her secret is discovered by her unassuming classmate, Tatsuta Ōtori, who offers to help her hone her skills. The series is described as a supernatural comedy, slice-of-life, and romantic comedy, focusing on Luna and Tatsuta’s journey through high school as they work on her blood-sucking “problem” in a heartwarming and comedic way. Yen Press has licensed the manga for English publication.
