Global has announced the addition of The Corrupt Guildmaster Is Beloved by the Banished (titled Ore wa Bōkensha Guild no Akutoku Guild Master: Jinzai o Tekizaitekisho ni Tsuihō Shitara, Naze ka Mechakucha Kansha Saremashita in Japanese) to its English-language service. The manga, based on Ibarakino’s story with character designs by motto and art by Yatsukishiro, became available to readers on Sunday.

Origins and Publication History
The original story by Ibarakino began as a web novel on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in December 2020, concluding in December 2022, though spinoff stories have since been posted. SB Creative published the second light novel volume in October 2021. The manga adaptation, illustrated by Yatsukishiro, first launched on Manga Up! in April 2024, with Square Enix publishing its second volume on August 6.
