Introducing the New Additions to Manga Up! Global
Alongside the My Dress-Up Darling spinoff, Manga Up! Global is diversifying its offerings with three other distinct manga series, catering to a variety of tastes.
“Do you like baby-faced bosses?”
This romantic comedy by Perico centers on Maki, a highly competent yet baby-faced boss, and Ayame, a mature-looking fresh graduate navigating the adult world. The dynamic between Maki’s adorable appearance and reliability, constantly leaving Ayame blushing, forms the core of this office romance between opposites. The manga initially launched on social media in 2022 before being serialized on Gangan pixiv and Square Enix’s Gangan Online.
“I Was a Bottom-Tier Bureaucrat for 1,500 Years, and the Demon King Made Me a Minister”
Based on Kisetsu Morita’s light novel series, with art by Meishi Murakami, this fantasy series introduces Beelzebub, who has enjoyed a leisurely 1,500 years as a low-ranking clerk. Her easygoing lifestyle takes an unexpected turn when the new demon king promotes her to minister. The story explores whether she can adapt to the responsibilities and demeanor expected of a high-ranking demon. The manga adaptation ran on Square Enix’s Gangan Online from 2019 to 2020.
“Celebrity Family’s Ex-Backstage Son Wants a Normal Youth”
From Masahiro Ougi, this series follows Atsumu, who was disowned by his elite celebrity family for being perceived as “useless.” Unbeknownst to them, Atsumu was the hidden genius behind his sisters’ success. Now free from his family’s control, he yearns for a normal youth but finds himself drawn back into the entertainment world, catching the attention of top idols, models, and Vtubers who recognize his true talent.
