“May I Ask for One Final Thing?” is an anime adaptation of the light novel series written by Nana Otori and illustrated by Satsuki. The story centers on Scarlet, whose engagement to Kyle is abruptly called off during a ball. Falsely accused and denounced as a “Villainess,” Scarlet, having endured years of abuse, reaches her breaking point and asks for one final favor: to confront her tormentors with her fists. The series is produced by Liden Films Kyoto Studio, with Kazuya Sakamoto directing, Deko Akao handling series composition, and Eriko Haga designing the characters. The original Japanese voice cast includes Asami Seto as Scarlet.
The anime was initially announced with a 2025 release date. Crunchyroll is set to stream the anime as it premieres. The manga adaptation, illustrated by Sora Hōnoki, is available digitally in English through Alpha Manga.
