The second cour of the anime premiered on June 28, 2025.
Viz Media has licensed the anime for release outside of Japan. The series follows Yaiba Kurogane, a young man who has spent his life training in the jungle to become a true samurai. A fateful encounter at school with kendo expert Takeshi Onimaru sparks repeated clashes between the two, leading them to unleash ancient powers.
The anime production features Takahiro Hasui as director, Tōko Machida handling series composition, and Yoshimichi Kameda as character designer and chief animation director. The music is composed by Yutaka Yamada and Yoshiaki Dewa.
