The first season of the anime adaptation of Naoyo Matsumoto’s manga was released in July of last year. A second season of the show was announced not long after the release of season 1, with a vague 2025 date set for the show’s sophomore season. Now, Toho Animation has announced that season 2 of Kaiju No. 8 will be released in July of 2025.
