What’s the Story?
29-sai Dokushin Chūken Bōkensha no Nichijō follows the daily life of Shinonome Hajime, a 29-year-old veteran adventurer. Hajime is a Silver-ranked adventurer who diligently fulfills missions for the guild. He’s accustomed to the dangers of dungeons and the routine of quests, seeking neither glory nor companionship.
Hajime’s solitary existence takes an unexpected turn when he discovers a mysterious girl named Lily trapped in the depths of a dungeon during a routine quest for monster meat. Despite his initial hesitation, Hajime saves Lily’s life. Lily’s story reminds him of his own past, and he decides to take her under his wing. The unlikely cohabitation between a jaded adventurer and a girl with a heavy secret disrupts his well-established routine.
