Fans of the Forger family can rejoice as Spy×Family Season 3 continues its highly anticipated run, with Episode 44 of the overall series, also known as Season 3, Episode 7, having premiered on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The latest installment, officially titled “THE RED CIRCUS,” dives deeper into the ongoing espionage and familial antics that have captivated audiences worldwide.

The third season of the popular anime officially kicked off on October 4, 2025, and is streaming on Crunchyroll across various territories, including North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, the Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. New episodes of Spy×Family Season 3 are scheduled to release on Saturdays at 7:00 a.m. PST / 10:00 a.m. EST with English subtitles, followed by English dubbed versions later in the day.

The Current Mission: Spy×Family Season 3 Details

Spy×Family Season 3 was officially announced in June 2024 at a special event for the series. The production continues under the collaboration of Wit Studio and CloverWorks, with Yukiko Imai stepping in as the season’s director, taking over from Kazuhiro Furuhashi and Takahiro Harada. The beloved voice cast and remaining staff have reprised their roles to continue the adventures of Twilight, Yor, and Anya Forger.

Episode Count and Schedule for Season 3

Similar to Season 2, which consisted of 12 episodes, Spy×Family Season 3 is also slated for at least 12 episodes. This brings the total episode count for the series to 49 episodes by the end of Season 3. Season 1, for reference, was a longer run with 25 episodes, split into two cours.

The release schedule for Spy×Family Season 3 has been consistent, with new episodes dropping weekly. Following Episode 7 (“THE RED CIRCUS”) on November 15, 2025, fans can look forward to:

  • Episode 8: November 22, 2025
  • Episode 9: November 29, 2025
  • Episode 10: December 6, 2025
  • Episode 11: December 13, 2025
  • Episode 12: December 20, 2025

Musical Themes and Production

The opening theme for Spy×Family Season 3 is “Hi o Mamoru” (灯を護る; lit. ‘Protect the Light’) performed by Spitz, with the opening sequence directed by Shingo Natsume. The ending theme, “Actor,” is performed by singer-songwriter Lilas Ikuta.

The ongoing success of Spy×Family continues to solidify its place as a fan-favorite, with its unique blend of action, comedy, and heartwarming family dynamics. The series, based on Tatsuya Endo’s popular manga, follows master spy Loid Forger (Twilight), assassin Yor Forger (Thorn Princess), and telepathic daughter Anya Forger as they maintain their假family while navigating their secret lives.
