The official website for the upcoming anime adaptation of Taizan 5’s manga, Takopi’s Original Sin (Takopii no Genzai), has revealed two new voice actors joining the cast. Konomi Kohara and Anna Nagase will be lending their talents to the series, which is scheduled to premiere sometime this year in 2025.

- Konomi Kohara will voice Marina Kirarazaka, a classmate of Shizuka who, while popular and cheerful, is often harsh towards Shizuka.

Kohara, known for roles such as Chika Fujiwara in Kaguya-sama: Love Is War and Roxy Migurdia in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, shared her thoughts on the series. She also highlighted the soothing and cute nature of Takopi, emphasizing their importance to the story. Kohara expressed that the more you get to know Marina, the more complex her emotions become, and she aims to cherish each of those feelings in her performance.
Nagase, recognized for voicing characters like Riko Amanai in Suicide Squad Isekai, recalled reading the manga with trembling excitement during its serialization. She conveyed her honor in being part of the anime adaptation and her dedication to carefully and gently empathizing with Azuma’s heart in her portrayal.

The anime adaptation of Takopi’s Original Sin is produced by Enishiya, with Shinya Iino (Dr. Stone, Dr. Stone: Stone Wars) directing and overseeing the series scripts. Keita Nagahara, known for their work as a key animator on Violet Evergarden, is handling the character designs.
