Sung Hoo Park’s upcoming original anime series, Bullet/Bullet, has revealed eight additional cast members. This announcement expands the already star-studded lineup for the highly anticipated series, which is slated to premiere in Summer 2025.
A Glimpse into the Dystopian World of Bullet/Bullet
Bullet/Bullet is an original net animation helmed by Sunghoo Park, known for directing popular anime such as Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 and Ninja Kamui. The anime is produced by E&H Production and GAGA and was initially announced during the 2024 Disney APAC Content Showcase in November 2024.
The anime is set in a post-apocalyptic world where civilization has collapsed, and people live by using relics from the past. The story revolves around Gear, a young mechanic who runs a “theft business” with Shirokuma, a gambling-addicted polar bear, and Qu-0213, a robot with multiple personalities. Together, they recover items that were unjustly stolen. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they receive a request from Noa, a mysterious girl pursued by assassins, leading them on a potentially world-changing chase.
New Cast Members Revealed
The newly announced cast members, along with their respective roles, are:
- Yoshihisa Kawahara as Breakfast, the eldest of the five highly-skilled assassin siblings known as the Cook Siblings.
- Ai Kakuma as Afternoon Tea, a vicious martial artist and the eldest daughter of the Cook Siblings.
- Nao Tamura as Lunch, a pro wrestler and the second son of the Cook Siblings.
- Mayumi Shintani as Brunch, Lunch’s twin brother, also a pro wrestler.
- Ai Orikasa as Dinner, the reclusive fourth son of the Cook Siblings, skilled at remotely controlling drones. Orikasa also voices Qu-0213 Ei-baba.
- Shinichirō Kamio as Sushimaru Tempura, a Kabuki Man and assassin who fights using samurai and sumo wrestling techniques.
- Hironori Kondō as Destro Inu (Destro Dog), a pro wrestler and assassin possessed by the soul of a brave Samoyed dog.
- Yūichi Nakamura as Batting Center Saitō, an assassin who throws baseball-shaped bombs at high speed.

- Marina Inoue as Gear, a young boy who works at a junk shop and runs a “theft business” to take back unjustly stolen items.
- Kazuhiro Yamaji as Shirokuma (Polar Bear), a gambling addict who runs the “theft business” with Gear and the Qu-0213 robot.
- Rie Kugimiya as Qu-0213 Nosa-ane, one of the Qu-0213 robot’s personalities who cares for Gear like a younger brother.
- Kana Hanazawa as Qu-0213 Kau-ane, Nosa’s twin sister with a delinquent personality.
- Tomokazu Seki as Qu-0213 Naka-ani, the robot with a laid-back uncle personality.
- Ai Orikasa as Qu-0213 Ei-baba, the robot with a kindhearted grandmother personality who serves as the team’s cook.
- Asami Seto as Noa, a mysterious girl being chased by an assassin.
- Makoto Furukawa as Barrel, the boss of an armed group from the wasteland.
- Takamasa Mogi as Wheel, Barrel’s close aide.
- Yūki Wakai as Rin, a police officer with a secret identity.

Release Information
The first eight episodes of Bullet/Bullet will stream exclusively on Disney+’s “Star” brand starting on July 16, 2025, with the remaining four episodes (9-12) following on August 13, 2025. The series will consist of 12 episodes in total, split into two parts.
