The Shonen Jump+ manga service is set to launch a new mobile game this Fall, titled Jump+ Jumble Rush. The game is being developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment and will be available for iOS and Android devices. Its release coincides with the 10th anniversary of Shueisha’s digital manga platform, Shonen Jump+.
Jump+ Jumble Rush is described as a “manga-frame tower defense” or “manga panel-style tower offense” game. Players will be able to create parties with characters from various Shonen Jump+ manga titles, spanning genres such as action, comedy, sci-fi, and romantic comedy. Confirmed characters for the game include those from popular series like SPY×FAMILY, Kaiju No. 8, DAN DA DAN, and Chainsaw Man, among others. The gameplay involves deploying characters within manga-style comic panels to fight approaching enemies and advance the front line. Characters will have special moves based on iconic scenes from their respective manga and can perform “JUMBLE RUSH” simultaneous attacks. The game aims to be accessible to both seasoned and casual mobile gamers.
While a specific release date within Fall 2025 has not been confirmed, the game will be a free download with an item-based payment system, allowing for optional in-app purchases. A teaser promotional video for Jump+ Jumble Rush was released on July 3, showcasing key highlights of the game.
