Kyōhei Miyajima’s Haikyūbu!!, a comedic spinoff of Haruichi Furudate’s beloved Haikyu!! manga, has concluded its run. The final chapter was published on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ website on March 24, 2025, marking the end of a series that brought a lighthearted and often absurd perspective to the world of Haikyu!!.
Haikyūbu!!: A High-Tension Comedy
Haikyūbu!! offered a different take on the Haikyu!! universe. Launched in 2019, the manga is a “high-tension club activities comedy” series that focuses on rival schools. Kyōhei Miyajima delivered a humorous and energetic portrayal of the characters and their interactions, highlighting the comedic potential within the competitive world of high school volleyball. The series explored the relationships between characters from different schools, often exaggerating their personalities and rivalries for comedic effect.

To The Top, was split into two parts, with the first half airing in January 2020 and the second half in October 2020 after a delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
