DOGGO by Ryuki Onuma and Hikari Komaru introduces readers to a unique premise. The story follows a high school student named Sally who rescues a small pug abandoned by the Sumida river. What seems like a simple act of kindness turns into an unexpected adventure when she discovers the pug, named Innu, is a talking, fighting, and “no-nonsense, hard-boiled” dog. The manga promises an action-packed and humorous narrative as Innu, a pug with a secret, finds himself navigating life with his new owner, who happens to be the daughter of a yakuza.
This series is poised to deliver a blend of comedic situations and dynamic action as Innu attempts to lay low despite his extraordinary abilities and complicated new family ties.
The Babe at My Back Has Her Eye on Me. I’m Done For.
From the creative team of Maromi Suya, Koharu Michinoku, and Higure Hizuki, The Babe at My Back Has Her Eye on Me. I’m Done For. is a romantic comedy. The plot centers on loner high schooler Sandai, whose world is turned upside down after he helps Shino, the cutest girl in his class, out of a ditch. What Sandai considers a simple act of kindness, Shino perceives as something much more significant, leading her to suddenly start interacting with him and sticking by his side.
Confused by the popular girl’s sudden interest, Sandai suspects her intentions, setting the stage for a humorous and potentially heartwarming romantic entanglement.

My Cat’s Aura is Strong Today by Utako Uguisu is a full-color manga focusing on the lives of two “prickly cats,” Kijineko-sama and Kuroneko-sama, who believe they rule their human household. The manga explores their amusing thoughts and critiques on their humans, Kanenosuke and Sumire, who are constantly entertained by their feline monarchs. The full-color manga is scheduled for an English language print release in May 2026, with digital ebook editions also available.
The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System
The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System, based on the light novel by Nekoko and Brocco Lee, is an exciting isekai manga. It tells the story of a gamer reincarnated into a video game world. Despite being exiled for choosing the seemingly useless and cowardly Heavy Knight class, the protagonist knows its true potential due to his past life’s knowledge of the game. He embarks on a journey to exploit the system and become the ultimate hero. The manga will be released in 2-volume omnibus editions, with the first volume expected in June 2026.
